The clinician may be viewed as an out-of-network provider with your insurance plan. In that case, you will be responsible for paying the standard rate up front, and our billing department will provide you with a “Super Bill” to submit to your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine the percentage of the original investment you will be reimbursed by them.
-
You will be billed at the beginning of your session once you log in with your clinician.
1. If you do not have insurance, you will be billed the full fee of the session.
2. If you have insurance and are required to provide a copay, your copay will be charged.
For further questions about billing matters, please contact our billing department at billing@renewyourmindllc.com
